Basic Wash & Go

Frame wash, wheel cleaning, rinse, dry and basic chain lubrication.

The Deep Clean

Full wash plus removing, deep-cleaning and degreasing the drivetrain (chain, cassette, chainrings).

The Premium Polish

Deep clean and drivetrain degrease, plus frame polishing/waxing and component protection spray.

Good to know: a minimum call-out fee of £25 applies within our local area (roughly a 10 mile radius) — this covers travel and is on top of the package price above. Further out may incur an extra travel charge, and e-bikes carry a small surcharge (+£10) for the extra care needed around batteries and motors. We bring our own water and power — just let us know your address below.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown for parts and labour are estimates based on the information provided and may change once your bike has been inspected. We'll always confirm any change in cost before carrying out extra work.

Bookings & call-outs

Booking and call-out requests are confirmed by us directly (by phone, SMS or email) after you submit a request — submitting a request does not guarantee a specific date or time. Call-out fees cover travel to your location and are separate from parts and labour, and must be paid in full before we arrive on site.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future bookings.

Bikes left in our care

We take reasonable care of any bike left with us for repair, but we recommend removing valuables and accessories beforehand. All items must be collected within 7 days of completion. Items not collected within 7 days of completion will incur a storage fee of £15 per day. Items not collected within 30 days of completion will be treated as forfeited to us to cover outstanding costs.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work or collection of parts, by cash or card. For call-outs, payment is due at the time of the visit.

Warranty

Repairs and fitted parts are covered against faulty workmanship for a reasonable period after the work is carried out. This does not cover general wear and tear, damage from misuse, or issues unrelated to the work we did.

Your information

Details you give us when booking (name, phone number, and any notes) are used only to arrange and carry out your booking, and are not shared with third parties beyond what's needed to send you confirmation messages.
